FAQ

Can I wear these the whole way through pregnancy?

These pants have been thoughtfully designed to expand up to four times your usual waist size to grow with you through your first and second trimesters. However, bump sizes differ from woman to woman so you may find you also get some wear during late pregnancy stages in your pre-pregnancy size.

The adjustable waist and relaxed crotch of these pants also make them the ideal post-partum garment as your body adjusts to its new shape.

Should I size up?

These pants have been crafted to grow with you during your first and second trimesters and partially in to your third trimester. We recommend buying your pre-pregnancy size as they have been designed to expand with your belly.

Sizing up will extend the the wear of these pants later in to your third trimester, however the fit through the hip and leg will be more oversized.

How do I adjust them?

A hidden elastic band has been sewn into the back waistband to cater for a growing baby bump and on the inside of the pants there are two adjustable elastic bands with button holes. To adjust the waist size, simply switch the hole where the internal button on the sides fastens into. Once fastened in the comfortable buttonhole, we recommend adjusting the ruching at the back waistband to neaten up the sides for a clean and finished look.

What is the best way to care for them?

We recommend a delicate cycle machine wash or hand wash, and ALWAYS in cold water. We also recommend undoing the internal buttons from the waistband elastic before placing it into the washing machine so that no extra tension is placed on the button or the elastic which may cause loosening of the function.
